A restaurant with a medium-high turnover of waiters that focuses on haute cuisine
The alcohol changes depending on the season and the availability of the wines in the market, so a quick and in-depth study is required each time.
The brief about the wine is sent on WhatsApp in an unorganized way because there is no organized platform of information and therefore it is not possible to receive the information in a high-quality way, the brief disappears quickly and waiters are not professional in the alcohol they have to sell
