DISCOVER & RESEARCH
THE BUSINESS
Hai Kiryat Motzkin Park was opened in July 2002. Since then, millions have visited the site, which is considered the most beautiful zoo in Israel, with the goal of establishing one of the leading tourist sites in Israel.
The zoo provides many entertainment complexes and is suitable for all ages.
THE PROBLEM
The main problem with visiting the zoo is that it is outdated and fails to realize the desire for the visit to be both experiential and enriching. The parents want an enriching and enjoyable experience for the children, but the ability to diversify in the same zoo is minimal.
In addition to the fact that this is an expensive experience. And all the ticket buyers we interviewed bought tickets through discounts.
And they even brought food from home.
THE GOALS
Creating a richer, personalized experience and using an interactive experience to improve the conditions that exist today in place.

USABILITY SCRIPT
Roy came with his children and his wife to the zoo, his children really wanted to go to the rabbit petting area. After a tour of the zoo, they arrived at the petting zoo which was located deep in the zoo (you have to go through a road to get to it) When they arrived at the petting zoo, it was full of children and there was no rabbit left. So they had to wait in line for the attraction.
